Warranty & Support

Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM IST via WhatsApp and email.
All products come with 18-month local warranty from Vueroid India (Won Motors Solutions Pvt. Ltd. – WMS).

Extended warranty plans may be available for select models. Ask your dealer or our support team.
For B2B orders, returns are accepted only for defective or damaged units within 3 days of delivery. All replacements are subject to inspection and verification by our support team.

Orders & Delivery

Yes. All purchases from Vueroid India are eligible for GST billing. Please ensure your GST number is shared at the time of placing the order.
